Protecting your data is our top priority. Here are the security measures implemented by SignalLens AI.
Encryption
All communications are encrypted via TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted on our servers.
EU Hosting
Your data is hosted exclusively in the European Union, on Hetzner servers in Finland. No data is transferred outside the EU.
Authentication
Access to your account is protected by JWT (JSON Web Token) with automatic expiration. We also support authentication via Google OAuth 2.0.
Privacy-friendly Analytics
We use self-hosted Plausible Analytics on our own infrastructure. Plausible is cookie-free, fingerprint-free, weighs under 1 KB and is exempt from CNIL consent requirements for audience measurement. No third-party trackers (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) are present on our site.
Data Isolation
Each user account is isolated. One client's analysis data is never accessible by another client. Generated reports are stored in your personal workspace only.
AI and Data
Your website data is never used to train AI models. Each analysis is a one-time inference via the Google AI Studio API. See our AI Transparency page for more details.
